How do I reinstall belt on my M68A super 8 project...

How do I reinstall belt on my M68A super 8 projector? Possible that the original belt came off pulleys because of age and too loose now. Unable to remove spindles, then remove the woodgrain upper panel so as to have access to the spindle pulleys. Very likely will need new belt and also a diagram to install it.

0 To browse the manual, this site says to show a URL or open a file. No good at navigating these things. What is a URL? Am I being told to open a file in my computer? Don't know where or how to do that either!
