Lamp...

Replaced the lamp with an exact duplicate and it still will not turn on. Any suggestions?

0 I ordered the replacement bulb at bulbconnection.com and it works. They sent me a GE exactly like the one I had. Some companies send a knock off brand and the mold is wrong. Cousinsvideo.com sent me one by Eiko as well and it didn't work, its a generic brand. They were very good about refunding my money plus my cost for sending it back. Hope this helps it worked for me.
