Question About Kodak Projector Moviedeck 457
re-threading from take-up reel...

I just viewed a 50-year old film and before I could catch the end of the film, it got swallowed up by the bottom reel, so I can't rewind the film. I can remove the door from underneath, but I can't figure out how to get the bottom reel off without forcing something. Any ideas? Thanks.

0 After removing the bottom cover, you see the winding reel. at the center is a window with a silver bar across it. move that bar to the left and the reel will come off the spindle.
