0 Press the "Utility/Counter" Key on the control panel. Select #1, "Create One-Touch Destination." Select #1: "Address Book (Public). Select #1: E-Mail. Select "NEW" to enter a new address. The first field (No.) will be automatically assigned, Select "Name" and enter the name from the touch keyboard which appears, then OK. To enter the E-Mail address, select that field and enter the address from the touch keyboard which appears, then OK. NOTE: You can save an email address to automatically appear when you choose the Fax/Scan function (used for emailing) by paging to the next screen (see up/down arrows lower left), select the index characters and also select the "Favorites" button.
