what is the problem when the "malfunction" [wrench icon] symbol flashes on Konica copier 7118? What's the solution. It seems toner is leaking and soiling the green roller--is that the drum? Will puting in a new toner help? I have a manuel but it is superficial and doesn't say anything about the wrench icon except that that means there's a malfunction. So far the copier is copying but it leaves a stripe of toner on the green roller (drum?) near the edge.
