Question About Konica Minolta Printer None
changing color cartridges...

ACK cannot change any cartridges except the blue. All need to be done. will not rotate to "change" position. can't find any magic release buttons/levers anything to help me rotate drums to change!

5 Question about how! After much searching I foumnd out some information that might help it did for me. Open you printer door-there is a small picture just over the printer door. Just under that is a small square opening. The round piece in that opening can be pushed back with a pen or some other small item. Push it back and press down on the cartridge. It will move if the color you want does not come up next do it again. Also the user manual can be downloaded at the url below. Hope this helps. When upi get there you will see server support on the left select- then user manual.
