We have the TASKalfa 4501i. I sent a one page report from my pc two weeks ago and it continues to be stuck. It has printed out small portions of the doc numerous times. I have tried to cancel many times. I see the cancel icon but it will not remove the item. I turned the power off and on but nothing is working. Help.
