Question About Kyocera Printer FS-3820N

i have a kyocera 3820n that keeps on telling me that there is a paper jam in the transfer unit and the rear cover. i have checked and found nothing please help this printer is still new. looking forward to your positive response. my email address is bristonne@gmail.com regards, frank
