0 7N4 V13(U) is not a model #. On the back of the unit you should see the model number that either starts with a “WS” or “WT” and then numbers. One you have that number you can go to www.lacrossetechnology.com. Click the search button in the upper right corner. From the drop down box next to Model # select your model number and click submit. Then above the picture of your item select the blue “Manual” hyperlink. If you still have trouble you can contact Customer Support at 888-211-1923.
