I bought a radio controlled clock with indoor / outdoor temps moon phase etc. The outdoor temp will not work. I have installed new energizer ultimate lithium batteries. I waited 15 minutes to install was 20 feet from the remote transmitter waited 15 minutes still nothing. i called the help number got no one to answer. I bought this on Dec 14, 2012 just started to use it.
