3 The long press is 2-3 seconds. you'll hear a beep. Now every single press of the SET button in this mode cycles through all options such as date/time/24 hr mode etc..you'll know you are in a setup mode when icons flash on and off, as with every digital watch/clock or VCR I've used.

0 Long press the F/C SET button. Single press on the same button toggles between Fahrenheit & celcius.
