We live in Arizona and do not have daylight saving...

We live in Arizona and do not have daylight savings. The clock keeps changing following daylight savings. How do I over ride this?

0 Well I could not down load the manual..it asks for a URL and I don't know what that is

0 I am frustrated..can not down load full manual. it asks for url and I don't know what that is. Cannot not program using the 8 step guide, Does not go to TIME ZONE and cannot change date.
