5 e-2) means the other end is busy. There are four error codes: e-1) Hang up or line fail e-2) Line Busy e-3) No Answer Unfortunately I forget what the fourth is. Hope this helps

5 e-2)2)2)2) means that four attempts were made to contact the destination fax and the line was busy four times.
