Question About Lenovo Laptop Y430
i got a virus and had my computer repaired but now...

i got a virus and had my computer repaired but now i cannot access the internet!! (Y430) The tech says he was unable to create restore disks but I may be able to purchase a disk of some kind??? How can I correct this because a laptop with no internet access is useless!! PLEASE help. Thanks in advance
