cartridge error...

won't fax, print, or do anything it says cartridge error 50c refer to users guide we are needing a owners manual to view to see how to solve the problem.

4 I had the same problem with my X7675. Try wiping the contacts of the cartridge with a little alcohol. It seems to be a small problem with the Lexmarks, as I have read this on more than one blog. Good luck, it worked for me!
