We are unable to change the printer cartridge because the cartridge tractor is all the way to the left and will not return to center upon opening the top. Tried on and off-to-on and multiple times. Don't find a button to move the tractor. Tried the on/off button various ways, as well as the print buttons. Please advise as to how to remedy this. Thanks
