I can't print because I keep getting an error message telling me my cartridges are incompatible. I know for sure they are fine. They are both relatively new & I have printed things in the past few days without a problem. I've tried disconnecting & reconnecting the power, removed & replaced cartridges, but alas, nothing changes. I have those flashing orange lights I can't make go away. Hhelp!
