Question About Lexmark All in One Printer None
received faxes not printing....

Is there a way to purge the memory from this unit? I can make copies and send faxes but when a fax is received the unit acknowledges the receipt but never prints the fax. Looked thru the manual..no help. Anyone have suggestions?

0 first, what does the error message on the display say?

0 There is no error message. The unit seems to be working normally with the exception of the received faxes not print upon receipt. Sent emails to Lexmark Tech support and they have yet to answer.
