i can not get my scanner to work.

0 After having this problem for over a year and contacting tech support at Lexmark, downloading and installing a "FIX" for this problem I just spent 3 hours scanning 3 documents into my computer! The only thing that works is to unplug your printer allow time for it to re-set (10 sec.), re-boot your computer and open the lexmark image solutions, open browse, print and share, click on a photo if you have one in the files;Then go to the bottom right and click "other software". Refresh that application and try your scan. It should work after doing all this, but you will have to do it every time you need to scan as far as I can see...hope this helps!

0 Lately, when printing material with the 4530, the paper starts feeding, then rumples together from side to side and stops feeding.
