0 You can't disable the sleep mode. The best you can do is maximize the sleep time to 240 minutes. Do this thru the settings function under defaults. You have to page thru using the left and right arrows on the top of the printer until you see Sleep. Set it to 240 (the max). I also thought it stupid that they did not put a disable option for that, but perhaps in this 'green environment" we now live in, they deemed it not a good idea.
