Cannot download application list...

i cannot scan to my pc as it says downloading application list but nothing happens????

5 I saw your post because I was looking for answers to the same question for my S305. Since I have no real user's manual, I bypassed the unit itself and completed the scan manually. BTW, my OS is Windows 7 Go to your computer's Control Panel_to _Hardware & Sound_to_Devices & Printers. Click on your Lexmark All-in-One device then right clicking for the drop down menu. Click on "Start Scan." It's a breeze from there. Good luck all!
