Question About Lexmark Printer None
I get a service printhead error 935.24 On a T650N ...

I get a service printhead error 935.24 On a T650N lexmark printer. What could this mean i have tried the replugging power supply. I would also like to know where the printhead is located in the printer as i am an IT specialist in a hospital and this is a brand new printer.
