Question About Lexmark Printer Z2300
printer problem...

i am trying to install my new printer Z2300. at first i was getting a cartride stall error. there was a plastic band hanging from the black ink cartride. it was not connected on the other end. I removed it. Now i cant communicate with the printer. the power light flashed constantly. have tried to install numerous times.
