problem with printer...

Asking help to work with my computer. I have a lexmark X2690 3 in 1 and I have a compaq computer.Please write and give me all the information to fix this. I ordered ink for the printer as soon as I changed it, it won't work. Thank you My email is, luc61mm@hotmail.com
