I have a LG P1 express dual laptop and all of a sudden the usb port are not reading any devices ..I went into the device manager and uninstalled them and then rebooted but they still came back with the yellow exclamation marks so I am trying to see if in the BOIS they got turned off. How do I get there when windows first start I hit delete and nothing computer just reboots.
