I downloaded LG DESKTOP that tries to connect to my LG CU500 phone but cannot connect. Still it has a drive letter in my internet explorer and some of the information on my phone like photos and a couple of audios are available but not contact book, calendar, to do list, memos. I want to capture the stuff on the phone so that when I upgrade in January 2009 I'll have a backup. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
