I have a Metrologic MS 9520 Voyager scanner that reads barcodes printed from BarTender just fine, but will not read barcodes printed from Follett's Destiny. I have verified the setup in Destiny to be Code 39 Mod 43 14 length, which is the same as BarTender (I think). Follett says the problem lies with the scanner. What do I do?
