Could the phase rotation block be bypassed? As the...

Could the phase rotation block be bypassed? As the customer is in Maputo and the phase rotation is regularly reversed due to cable theft and maintenance repairs and replacements. Why will the phase rotation affectthe ups output as no 3 phase load is connected only single phase loads.
