I have a Microsoft wireless comfort keyboard 4000 model 1045, currently using it on a windows xp desktop. Had the desktop worked on and now the keyboard won't work. After looking for solutions, I keep seeing that I need to turn on a power switch on the keyboard. I didn't set up this computer and keyboard. So, I know nothing about it. Can you help me.
