Hi, since yesterday the paper isn`t transported anymore, the rubber cylinder is not rotating. There is a normal motor sound when the paper should be printed, I cannot see if the tooth wheel on the same axis like the rubber cylinder is really making good contact to the next tooth wheel, Is there a way to force printing with the door opened? so one can seewhich whell is rotating? Any suggestion how to solve the problem? regards DrW
