How do I clean the filter. I get a message to do this every time I turn on the projector.

4 There are two filters. If the projector is right-side up and you're looking directly into the lamp (hopefully it's off), the filters are on the bottom right edge. They snap out towards the floor. There are two foam filters--remove the dust and reinsert. Lamps can be ordered with replacement filters, which is a good idea. IMPORTANT: Go through the Menu and Reset Filter Hours to make the message go away. You can do the same for the Lamp Hours. If the lamp has exceeded the hours and won't fire (even though it may still work), point the remote at the projector and hold down the Help button for 30-60 seconds. That manually resets the Lamp Hours (without going through the Menu).
