I need to organise internet access for my sons new laptop. It appears that the router is programmed to have a password, which nobody knows. The people who supplied us with it and set it up say they dont know, and want to charge us £85 to come and sort it out! Can you help me to add my sons laptop to our system, please? Currently it works for my imac and my husbands laptop. I would be very grateful indeed. thankyou.
