Question About NETGEAR Switch SW502
Please help find the manual for this NETGEAR Hub/Switch...

Hello, I am looking for a backup to a current application using a Net Gear SW502 switch. The current switch works fine, and I have a backup that powers on an behaves properly, but I cannot connect through it. I am thinking there is a configuration, but cannot get anything to appear on a laptop. Any help you can offer is appreciated.
