I have a Nortel Passport 6440 which HDD is crashed...

I have a Nortel Passport 6440 which HDD is crashed. I Have purchsed the new HDD but not able to recover from the old HDD. I Have same passport on other site. Now How I can configure the new HDD. Please help me. Tks Jai
