Omnitech Shredder Model OT-NXC10PA was jammed. Slowly removed paper build up from bottom of shredder after power was turned off. Now, only get high pitched noise when shredder motor is turned on, but motor shredder blades are not engaging to continue paper shredding. What do I do?
