we purchased a new touch screen from one of the vindor to install on our marine incinerator KFB-100,IMO NO.: IMO-IMC-78 MAKER : KANGRIM INDUSTRIES CO. LTD but after install the new lcd it shows that no screen data is saved in screen memory. And to download the data we should use the support tool, and after that set the PT to the TRANSMIT MODE and download screen data again please advice us how to sort out this fault and send to my mail waleed.shenawey@uasc.net
