My Optiquest Q95 is displaying a 5" horizontal blinking strip across the screen about 2 inches from the top. I really need to retrieve the data from the computer it's displaying, and need help. Is there any way to get rid of the strip blocking the desktop? I've powered it on and off, but it didn't work.
