Oregon Scientific's Time Machine atomic clock with...

Oregon Scientific's Time Machine atomic clock with the external antennae occasionally displays a radiating outward three curved bars, at other times it shows a half circle with an arrow at one end. Is there a way to depress a series of panel buttons in order to collect the atomic signal? Thanks
