A tiny steel cylinder has come out of the printer carriage and it no longer moves correctly. when I power it up it insists there is a carriage jam, and it will not resolve itself even though I follow the onscreen isntructions precisely. Is there a service manual or someone who knows what this part may be and where it goes? also I am willing to attempt the repair myself .
