I get "Errror C000 Printer error has occurred. Turn off power then back on again. If problem persists, see the manual." Manual wasn't too helpful. At first there was paper jammed from the rear tray and when I slowly pulled it out, a small piece tore off and remains somewhere in the transport track where I can't see it.. Should I take off the back cover and what's the proper procedure for that?
