My fax machine is installed and has a seperate telephone line. It rings sometimes, but no fax comes through. I have paper loaded in it. I pressed the "Receive Mode" and it now has the date, time and F/T Am I doing something wrong? Thank you, Terri C. Peace tpeace4@satx.rr.com

5 That is a telephone call you are receiving, not a fax.
