I failed to tell coworker that folder side feeds in first and now we have a jam in the laminator. Any suggestions?

0 Please disregard...we figured it out...we switched lamintor to 5ml since there were two sheets of paper and the laminating sheet, and pressed the release button and we were able to pull out the jammed items.
