I purchased a n HP250 G2 laptop..and the model #...

I purchased a n HP250 G2 laptop..and the model # isG4U21UT#ABA. Why can't I get a manual for it? It quit working and need a manual to see if I can determine the problem. It is fully charged but will not turn on.. Look forward to hearing from you.
