My keyboard seems to lock into a hotkey mode…

for Toshiba Laptop Sattelite p755-s5320

My keyboard seems to lock into a hotkey mode. Like an "Alt" or "Ctrl" key gets stuck. Can't type any letters, navigation arrows jump me to end destinations, etc.
