My wife's spl-xc2000 will not start. Messages dis...

My wife's spl-xc2000 will not start. Messages displayed briefly. Will not clear after holding lubricate down for 5 seconds, as found elsewhere on-line. Apparently never lubricated. Please advise oil type, quantity, and application point(s). Thank you.
