Question About Power Supply abce 1440-11
overloaded ?...

Hi, I'm working as a lab tech. and we just received this new powerbar. We followed the quick instructions but it still making noise and the red light indicates "overloaded". do we have to wait before using it like does it has to charge or something? thank you
