Question About Brother Printer DCP-115C
It says unable to clean. I've looked up the manual...

It says unable to clean. I've looked up the manual; there seems to be nothing on the glass so I unplugged it for about 5 minutes. But I'm still getting the message. Is 5 minutes not enough, or could there be some other problem?
