Question About Dell Printer 944
need help...

I need a manual of this printer. It makes a slamming noise back and forth and wont work. A clear plastic strip and spring fell out. I don't know how to put it back together. Dell will not give me this info. Thanks

0 coz i have problem with this printer and i dont know what name of this cable coz the cable is broke
