I have a PRO-651 scanner. It will now work with an external power source, AC nor 12V. As soon as I plug either power plug in, it cuts off the scanner. It works fine on batteries. Even if I remove the batteries completely, it will not power up with the external power source. Yes, the power supplies are the correct ones. Has anyone else had this problem? I assume the radio is defective.
