Question About Packard Bell Computer Monitor slimView SV 500
Please help find the manual for this Packard Bell Computer Monitor...

Switch seems to be always on in green. Will not switch off at the switch. Raster shows in wide bands ( different each time if connected). No picture. Will not go to standby.
